Dried juniper berries
Fresh cracked pepper
Fresh rosemary

Method
Pour over ice and serve with a smile.

Method

5 cl RumISH
10 cl Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish
Lime wedge

Method
Pour the RumISH into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and add a dash of Angostura for a stormy finish.

Low-alc

Our low-alcohol program offers the experience and pleasure of a classic cocktail, but at a much lower ABV (Alcohol By Volume) than it would typically contain. An ideal option for the ones looking for that gentle buzz. The possibilities are endless, we simply wish to inspire.

3 cl GinISH
3 cl Aperol
3 cl sweet red Vermouth

Garnish
Orange slice

Red Negronish

8% ABV
Typical White Negroni: 20% ABV

4 cl GinISH
3 cl Mancino Vermouth Secco
2 cl Suze

Garnish
Lemon peel

Method
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until chilled.
Strain over ice into a rocks glass.

Oh-so-lo’jito

6% ABV
Typical Mojito: 20% ABV

4 cl RumISH
2 cl white rum
10 mint leaves
2 cl simple syrup
2 cl fresh lime juice
Fever-Tree soda water

Garnish
Lime wedge
Fresh mint leaves

Method
Place mint leaves in highball glass and muddle gently. Add the rest of the ingredients and fill the glass with crushed ice. Swizzle with a bar spoon and top off with a splash of soda water.

Low Fashioned

11% ABV
Typical Old Fashioned: 35% ABV

5 cl RumISH
2 cl Rittenhouse rye whisky
1 cl Monin dark chocolate syrup
2 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish
Orange peel
Amarena cherry

Method
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain over ice into an old fashioned glass.

1% ABV
Typical Ishencha: 16% ABV

6 cl GinISH
0.25 cl absinthe
2.5 cl Sencha syrup
3 cl fresh lemon juice
2 slices cucumber
Fever-Tree soda water

Garnish
2 slices of cucumber

Method
Start by coating the glass with absinthe. Muddle 2 cucumber slices in the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Fine strain over ice into a highball glass and top off with a splash of soda water.

2 cl raspberry syrup
White chocolate foam

Garnish
Dehydrated raspberry

Method
Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with white chocolate foam.
